"A couple of years ago, my husband and I along with 3 other couples rented a house (Pine Bay Lodge) on Lake Delton. When we pulled into the driveway, we thought we would be cramped because of the outside of the house.

WHAT A SHOCK! The house was HUGE! We didn't realize the house was made into a hill and we only saw 1 floor from the front view (we had 3 levels of living area). POLICIES:

Pine Bay Lodge is for family groups ONLY and is in a quiet zone after 10:00 pm. If you intend to party hearty and late, please don't contact us. Registered guests must be at least 25 years of age. Over-occupancy is considered a serious problem. Misrepresentations will result in immediate eviction.
50% deposit is required with reservation request.
Reservations are confirmed by mail.
Cancellation policy: deposit is refunded when request for cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
$50.00 processing fee will be charged for all re-rented cancellations.
Payments may be made by personal or travelers checks, cash or Visa/Mastercard.
Absolutely no pets or smoking permitted in the lodge.

CLEANING AND SUPPLIES

Your unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.
You are responsible for cleaning during your stay.
We supply bath towels, bed linens, bathroom tissue and bath soap.
You supply beach towels, paper towels, dish washing and personal soap.
